Redleif Care Consultancy offer a full investigatory service into any complaints that the service provider may have lodged against them.
The complaint will be fully investigated in line with the service provider’s complaints policy and procedure and a full factual report produced with our findings completed within agreed timescales. This will evidence the service provider is meeting their CQC Duty of Candour responsibilities
